It is important that you check your order or items upon receipt and always before use. If any errors occur or issues arise then these need to be reported to us immediately so we can investigate.
Before attempting to return an order you will need to contact us at email@example.com to request a returns authorisation number. Without this number it can be difficult to process your return meaning the process may take longer.
We will accept all goods for and exchange (with exception of make up and all sale items) on the following conditions:
1. Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
2. Goods must be returned unused, undamaged and unsoiled in their original packaging.
3. Delivery charges will not be refunded except in the case of faulty manufacturing.
